Irina Reynard
Opera singer, mezzo-soprano
Irina Reynard graduated from the Vocal Department of the Gnessins State Musical College and the Vocal Department of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory (training course of Professor P. Gluboky). She had a traineeship in the International School of Vocality (Moscow), took part in the master classes of S. Burgess, I. Kremling, M. Merchak, S. Martinaytute, K. Mrazkova-Kluge, G. Borelli, G. Bizi. She is the winner of the International Independent Competition of Opera Singers (Poland, 2009) and the Glinka 24th International Vocal Competition (Moscow, 2011).
Irina Reynard has been in Helikon-Opera since 2012. She is a guest soloist of the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Music Theatre, appeared at the Irina Arkhipova Music Festival (Moscow), the Moscow International Festival “Art-Noyabr”, the Viva Opera Festival (Moscow), the 4th Great Festival of the Russian National Orchestra (Moscow), the Al Bustan International Festival (Lebanon), collaborated with such conductors as V. Fedoseev, A. Dzedda, K. Nagano, M. Pletnev.
On April 27, 2016 Irina Reynard performed the part of Clotilde in concert performance of Bellini's "Norma" with participation of world opera star Maria Guleghina as Norma, soloists, artists of the choir and orchestra of "Helikon-opera". Conductor Konstantin Khvatynets.
